A new service will start working on more than 2-hour long flights already today, on 9 November. Each person will be able to rent a first generation iPad for $10. The price will be $12-15 for long flights.
Unfortunately, one small passenger airplane will have on board only 24-30 iPads. There are 160 pads provided for large airplanes. There will be a great number of entertainment material for any taste. And airlines promise to upgrade content once a month.
