You will need:
- 1 hard-boiled egg,
- 1-2 table-spoons of mayonnaise,
- 2 table-spoons of chopped celery,
- 1 table-spoon of chopped onion,
- 1 leaf of lettuce,
- 2 toasts of dark bread .
What to do:
- Chop the egg by using a fork but do not mash it. Mix the onion,celery, mayonnaise and the egg. Season it with salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix it well again.
- Toast the bread. Place the leaf of the lettuce on one slice, spread egg mixture on the lettuce, and close the deal with second slice of bread.

You will need:
- 6 eggs,
- 2 cups of milk,
- 3/4 cups of sugar,
- 1,5 tea-spoons of salt,
- 1,75 cups of rice pudding,
- 2 tea-spoons of vanilla sugar or cardamon.
What to do:
- preheat the owen by 400 F,
- break eggs into the bowl,
- add other ingredients and mix it well.
- (if you do not have rice pudding,use cardamon,but in this case do not use cardamon , it works best with the rice pudding).
Put parchment paper on the baking tray, and pour the mixture on it, bake for 30 minutes. You will be amazed.
You will need:
- 2 cups of vanilla ice-cream,
- 1/2 cups of milk,
- 0,25 cups of chocolate powder,
- 1 egg.
What to do:
- Mix the ingredients in the blender, mix until smooth.
- Stir once or twice with the spoon.
If you are gonna go to the gym, add some protein but add the milk, it will prevent your shake of becoming too fat.
