New educational resources “Olympic Champion”, cultural interactive educational modules (IEM) of a new generation, were created. They were developed on the basis of the following approaches: modeling, game and simulation.

• A Line of Sport Victories. Galina E. Gorohova.

The content of the module is developed to meet psychological and pedagogical features of the target audience (the young mostly). That is why the modules have a lot of interactive elements such as texts, photos, audio, video, spherical photo panoramas.

The following technological options were used to develop the modules:

• Fill in a word.
• Timeline.

The modules with a Timeline option have the following possibilities:

• To save the results of the creative tasks – the Timeline done by a user;
• To download a Timeline to demonstrate.

These interactive modules can be used also in computer networks with a low capacity. It allows providing all Russian users (including people with disabilities) with a high quality interactive content.

The content of the modules operates on the following systems: MS Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Apple MacOS, Ubuntu, AltLinux.
